URL Query Parser

Inspect and edit the query parameters of a URL.

How to use URL Query Parser

  1. Paste a complete URL such as https://example.test/search?tag=one&tag=two#results, or a query string such as ?tag=one&tag=two.
  2. Select Parse and rebuild URL to inspect the ordered key-value pairs. To edit them, enter a JSON array of string pairs in the edited-parameters field.
  3. Run the tool again, review the rebuilt URL and parameter list, then download the URL or JSON report. The tool does not open or fetch the address.

What this tool does

Repeated keys are retained; inspect the reconstructed URL before sharing.

Example

In https://example.test/search?tag=one&tag=two#results, tag appears twice. Editing [["tag","new"],["page","2"]] keeps both tag entries only if both pairs are included.

Frequently asked questions

Are repeated parameter names kept?

Yes. The output is an ordered list of pairs, so multiple entries with the same name remain separate.

Does the tool visit the URL?

No. It parses the address as text and rebuilds its query parameters; it does not make a request to that site.
